The Chattanooga Rugby Club would like to thank you for coming to our 2009 Tournament, and hope you had a great time this weekend. We hope if you have enjoyed it,and that you will come out again Next year, same time, same places. Go Nooga

As the spring rugby season ends and the 7’s season begins, the Chattanooga Rugby Club would like to remind everyone to get ready to pitch another tent this summer! The 8th Annual Pitch A Tent 7’s Tournament in Chattanooga, TN is scheduled for July 24-26, 2009 and all teams are welcome for another fun filled weekend.

Like always, the tournament will offer both a men’s and women’s social division with trophies and prizes to the placers as well as for team and personal efforts. Free beer will be available Friday through Sunday, a welcome social Friday night, the main social Saturday night, camping, showers, swimming , whitewater rafting and all of the fun you have come to expect from previous years. If you have never made it, this is the one tournament you don’t want to miss.

Tournament Information

What: Pitch A Tent 7’s
When: July 24th – 26th, 2009
Where: Lafayette, GA (30 minutes south of Chattanooga)
Who: Men’s and Women’s Social Division
Why: To celebrate 7’s rugby

Costs :

Men’s Teams – $275.00 before July 1st, $300.00 after (Only 20 Men's Teams)
Women’s Teams - $225.00 before July 1st, $250.00 after (Only 16 Women’s Team)

Please note our capacity is 36 teams (20 men, 16 women) and we sold out last year well in advance of the tournament date; only your check will reserve your spot in one of the best social tournaments in the nation.
